How an engagement works
The procurement questions, answered before they are asked.
- Scope first
- A conversation, then a written scope with a price, a duration and a defined end. We do not start on a rate card and find out later what the work is.
- On site where it helps
- Up to three days a week, depending on location. Sourcing work often needs presence at the factory or the office. We will tell you where we think this one needs it.
- Two weeks to two years
- Short assignments to solve one problem; long programmes where the problem is structural.
- Built to hand over
- Every engagement ends with your team able to run what we built. Documentation and a handover session are in the scope, not an extra.
- What we decline
- Work outside sourcing and supply chain, and work we have not personally done before. We will say so in the first conversation and point you somewhere better.
Pricing
Hourly consulting
€230 / 60 min
€345 for a 90-minute session. Requested from the site, confirmed within one working day and invoiced then. Includes a written summary within two working days.
Project engagements
Priced on scope
Fixed price where the scope is fixed, day rate where it is genuinely exploratory. Both stated in writing before we start, with the assumptions they depend on.
All prices exclude 21% Dutch BTW. Travel within the Netherlands is included; travel outside is agreed in advance.
